clientul declara ca a citit, a inteles si accepta prezentii Terms and Conditions.
- Services are intended for lawful and responsible use.
- The client must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Royal Server reserves the right to refuse service in justified cases.
2. Client account
Pentru administrarea serviciilor poate fi necesara crearea unui cont client
in platforma Royal Server / Royal Data.
- The client is responsible for the security of their account.
- The password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
- Any activity performed through the client account is considered the client’s responsibility.
3. Services provided
Royal Server provides infrastructure and hosting services, including:
- Linux / Windows NVMe VPS servers
- Bare-metal dedicated servers
- Game Hosting for gaming communities
- Cloud Servers and Cloud Storage
- Rack server colocation
- Anti-DDoS protection and network services
- Custom infrastructure, backup and management services

infrastructura si oferta comerciala activa.
4. Payments and billing
Services are billed according to the prices displayed on the website or according to custom offers.
- Invoices are issued electronically.
- Payment must be made before the due date.
- Services may be automatically suspended for overdue invoices.
- Digital services that have already been activated are non-refundable, except in cases expressly accepted by Royal Server.
- We reserve the right to update prices based on infrastructure and supplier costs.
5. Acceptable use
Clientul se obliga sa utilizeze serviciile exclusiv in scopuri legale.
Este interzisa folosirea serviciilor pentru:
- Cyberattacks, abusive scanning or exploitation of vulnerabilities
- Spam, phishing, scams or online fraud
- Distribution of malware, botnets, ransomware or harmful content
- DDoS attacks or participation in attacks against other networks
- Hosting illegal content or content that infringes copyright
- Unauthorized mining or abusive resource consumption
- Any activity that may affect the stability of Royal Server infrastructure
6. Anti-DDoS Protection
Anti-DDoS protection is provided to reduce the impact of attacks on the client’s services.
- Protection is provided on a best-effort basis.
- We do not guarantee the blocking of every type of attack.
- In the event of extreme attacks, temporary limitations or additional filtering may apply.
- Royal Server may apply emergency measures to protect the overall infrastructure.
7. Server colocation
Pentru serviciile de colocare, clientul ramane proprietarul echipamentului colocat,
iar Royal Server asigura spatiu rack, conectivitate si alimentare conform ofertei.
- Physical access to equipment is available by prior appointment only.
- The client is responsible for the hardware condition of the equipment.
- Royal Server is not liable for pre-existing hardware defects.
- Unpaid, abandoned or uncollected equipment may be decommissioned in accordance with applicable law.
- Additional power consumption, extra IP addresses or port upgrades may be charged separately.
8. Backup and data responsibility
The client is responsible for hosted data and for maintaining backups.
- Automatic backups, where offered, do not constitute an absolute guarantee of recovery.
- The client must maintain their own copies of important data.
- Royal Server is not liable for data loss caused by software errors, attacks, client actions or unforeseen failures.
9. Uptime and maintenance
Royal Server makes reasonable efforts to maintain stable and high-performance infrastructure.
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.
- Interruptions may occur due to hardware, external attacks, upstream providers or force majeure.
- We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation for all services.
- In the event of incidents, priority is given to restoring services as quickly as possible.
10. Limitation of liability
Royal Server cannot be held liable for indirect damages or losses caused by use of the services.
- Financial or commercial losses
- Loss of data or profit
- Temporary business interruptions
- Problems caused by third parties or external providers
- External cyberattacks or incorrect configurations made by the client
Total liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the value of the service paid by the client for the affected period.
11. Service suspension
Royal Server reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the following situations:
- Non-payment of invoices
- Violation of the terms and conditions
- Illegal or abusive activities
- Excessive resource usage that affects the infrastructure
- Attacks, spam, phishing or malware
- Legal or compliance requests
12. Data protection
Datele clientilor sunt tratate confidential si sunt utilizate pentru furnizarea serviciilor,
facturare, suport tehnic si respectarea obligatiilor legale.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- Data may be processed by partner services strictly for operation of the platform.
- The client may request information regarding their data through the official contact channels.
13. Changes to the terms
Royal Server poate actualiza prezentul document in orice moment.

- Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- The client is responsible for periodically reviewing the applicable terms.
